As a “Jill of many trades,” I’m available to consult on a variety of projects. As an elder millennial, I’ve been part of the gig economy since I entered the workforce at 15. I bring an ability to see a problem from a wide range of (sometimes conflicting) perspectives, a low ego and high output orientation, and I thrive most when I’m bringing people together and improving systems to serve the collective good.
Consulting projects I’ve led include, and are definitely not limited to:
- Improving organizational effectiveness through operations improvements;
- Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging training and development;
- Equitable hiring management;
- Employee handbook and training reviews;
- Curriculum development for diverse audiences;
- Content writing and creative writing;
- Public speaking and speech writing;
- Advising on change management;
- Strategic visioning;
- Direct action organizing and field campaigns;
- Volunteer training and curriculum;
- Event production (fundraising, galas, rallies and protests);
- In-person and virtual workshop and meeting design;
- Remote team building and virtual facilitation;
- Grant-writing and small dollar fundraising; and
- Much more, but this is getting too long!
I work with organizations and projects that align with my values, and primarily do consulting and gig work because I love to serve my community! I love short-term projects, and small interesting ways to support the movements and people building better tomorrows.
If you think we might have fun working on something together, please reach out using my contact form.
